At the heart of GA compressors are advanced compression elements with SmartInjection technology and highly efficient oil-cooled IE4 (or higher) class motors. Combined with low internal pressure drops and precise Elektronikon® Touch control, they ensure optimum efficiency.
The GA compressor’s IP66-rated drive train provides complete protection from dust and moisture, ensuring reliable operation at ambient temperatures up to 55°C (131°F).
All service parts are grouped together for easy access. The patented portal design gives complete access to all components, halving maintenance time compared to older models.
Our hybrid GA compressor combines both Fixed Speed and Variable Speed Drive motors, achieving a turndown of up to 85% for greater operational flexibility and energy efficiency.
Two independent oil circuits allow operation on a single motor if required, ensuring production continuity even during maintenance or faults.
